QUEEN ANNE TEA TABLE
Queen Anne porringer-top tea table made of chestnut.
Quarter-sawn chestnut is very rare, and to find it without
any defects, knots or nail holes is almost impossible.
Because this wood was so fine, I thought I would construct
a table from the Queen Anne period. The original table was
built in Newport, Rhode Island in 1750-1770.  The lathe
turned cabriole legs are an exact copy of the original legs.
This table is very small, 26"H, 25"L, 21"Wd.
